Chingy was the stage nickname of Howard Bailey, Jr. He was born on 9 March 1980, in St Louis, Missouri. He is a contemporary famous African-American hip-hop performer. His original hits date back to 2003 and include "Right thurr", "Holidae in", "One call away", together with J-Weav, "Balla baby" and some of the latest songs are "Pullin me back" and "Dem jeans". Chingy has also taken part in the "Get low remix" music clip. This hip hop performer presents himself by the logo "G I B", which stands for "Get it boyz". He was on national tours from August 06 until January 07 and now helps his younger cousin Young Spiffy to create his debut album "Troublemakain" in their hometown St Louis. Thus, Spiffy will be the first performer of his label Slot-A-Lot. Nowadays, St Louis based Fo-Reel Entertainment - home of different hip hop and rap artists such as Nelly - claim to have discovered the talented Chingy, and he often could be seen during his early days under their encouragement. In 2006, he appeared in the new video of Ali and Gipp - "Go head". Shortly after that, he released his third album "Hoodstar", and some of its tracks are "Pullin me back", "Dem jeans", and "Nike Aurr s and Crispy Tee s". Since March 2007, Chingy started appearing in advertisements for "Party with a Star com", with whom he has signed a contract to have a one hour meet and greet with the contest winner, along with other former celebrities and reality stars Ant - comedian, Cindy Margolis, Traci Bingham, Steve-O, and Vanilla Ice.
