Lil Scrappy was born Darryl Kevin Richardson II on 19 January 1984 in North Trenton, New Jersey. Today, he is one of the most interesting and quite surprising rappers in the United States. Lil Scrappy gradually build a strong reputation and artistic presence, following his first mixtapes and the street anthem "Head bussa" in 2003, which was used as the main theme for the "Atlanta braves" from 2004. During this time, famous producer Lil Jon inked a deal to bring his BME Recordings to Warner Bros. Thus, both companies enter new joint venture partnership. Later, Lil Scrappy released a dual single with labelmates Trillville entitled "The King of crunk and BME recordings present - Lil Scrappy and Trillville in February 2004. The album was produced again by Lil Jon. Lil Scrappy and Trillville had ten tracks together, each of which appear on this album. This became the first credited album of Lil Scrappy but his first official compilation followed soon. Later, Lil Jon invites Lil Scrappy to participate on the track "What u gonna do" appearing on the album of Lil Jon form 2004 "Crunk Juice". This song was released as a single reaching number twenty in the United States in late December of 2004 and reaching number thirty in the United Kingdom in February 2005. Lil Scrappy recently released his new album "Bred 2 die born 2 live" which appeared on the global music market on 5 December 5 2006 by BME Recordings, Reprise Records, and G-Unit Records. The album consists several hits, performed together with Yung Joc, Three 6 Mafia, Lil Jon, Eminem, Young Buck, 50 Cent, Kandi Girl, Young Dro, and Bohagon. It was executively produced by Lil Jon and 50 Cent. The first single "Money in the bank" also featured Young Buck and became his second top 30 single. It has currently peaked another two positions on the Billboard Hot 100 chart trajectory, becoming his biggest solo hit and most commercially successful single at recent days in America as it has surpassed the peak position of "No problem" by one place.
