Sprint – General Information

Sprint is a huge mobile communications provider with subscribers in over 100 countries. Sprint had the first USA nationwide all-digital, fiber-optic network. In the New York Stock Exchange, the company is represented by the FON Group and the PCS Group. On the wireless side, the Sprint PCS Group consists of Sprint's wireless PCS operations. From its launch in 1995, Sprint PCS has grown to become one of the largest carriers. Sprint offers its customers mobile phones from the world's leading manufacturers including Samsung, Kyocera, Sanyo, and LG.
